### Spacious 4BR Escape with Hot Tub, Laundry, and Pools in Buda.

Built in 2022 by Castle Rock, this well-maintained home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 adults comfortably.  
  
The spacious primary suite features a Cal King bed and a luxurious en suite with a deep soaker tub. It also features an oversized shower and double vanity. The primary bedroom shares no walls with the other bedrooms and includes floor to ceiling windows for natural light.  
  
The three additional bedrooms include one King bed, one Queen bed, and one Full bed. Each bedroom comes equipped with bedside charging ports. Air mattresses are available upon request if your family requires further sleep space.  
  
The open concept living room connects to the dining nook and kitchen, making it perfect for family gatherings.  
  
Living room seating includes a power reclining sofa and a chaise sectional. The 65" television sits on a Pottery Barn electric fireplace and includes a Roku for all your streaming platforms. Disney+ provided by host.  
  
The kitchen features a coffee bar with Nespresso espresso pods provided. Milk and almond milk are stocked for creamer options.  
  
Kitchen/dining room seating includes four dining chairs, a dining bench, and three barstools. Further seating available upon request.  
  
Laundry room with brand new Samsung washer and dryer are available for use. Laundry detergent is provided.  
  
The hall features a small pocket office with built in desk, perfect for setting up your laptop and checking in at work undisturbed.  
  
The fully fenced yard is shaded by a Crepe Myrtle and Red Oak. The extended patio is a perfect place to unwind and features a hot tub, gas grill, and loveseat. Patio lights are on a dimmer switch and can be dialed down for late night relaxation.  
  
The community features multiple pools and splash pads for your enjoyment.  
  
Linens, bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, and basic toiletries provided.  
  
This is a no chore, no cleaning fee property. No rushing to clean the house before checkout. Just treat the home respectfully and enjoy your stay.
