Liked that I know what to expect from any Holiday Inn rooms and amenities etc. Disliked that I had multiple emails about booking/check ins/dining/ car park payment etc and nothing about the security deposit that we’re expected to provide a physical card for. I did not have any cards on me as they could not accept contactless/phone/apple pay so we almost had to sleep in the car after having paid in full the night’s stay. Feels the hotel is putting money making first than the customers. Felt really uncomfortable the whole stay and just a bad feeling with how its being run.

Very Impressed, top standard!
Excellent service, from Reception, dining room staff, bar staff, and cleaners. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, everything was hot and freshly cooked, and nothing had been forgotten. Our lunch was excellent too. The bedrooms were very clean and neat, as was the entire hotel. In spite of being surrounded by very busy roads, we couldn't hear the traffic at all, and the Hotel is easy to reach from the M40. We would recommend a stay there any time!

Very comfortable bed
Check in was easy and straight forward, thought the charge of £6 per night for the car park was an unnecessary add on, and should be included in the room rate. Restaurant and bar prices were expensive and the room was too small and cramped for two people. Had to shuffle past each other to get to the bathroom. Unlikely to stay there again. The breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent and very friendly..

I found the hotel to be situated in a fantastic location near the M40, with easy access to High Wycombe and rail links to London and Oxford. There is plenty of parking on site, which is £6 for 24hrs. The staff here are so welcoming and I was warmly greeted upon arrival. I stayed in a Deluxe Room on the ground floor and it had everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable nights sleep. There is a welcoming bar area, restaurant and room service available for an evening of relaxing over a few drinks and some food. The buffet breakfast is also very good and items are regularly replenished and the staff do a fantastic job here looking after the guests. Check Out was personable, easy, and friendly! I look forward to staying again when next in the area.

The property is convenient to the motorway, but that is about the only highlight. The common areas are average and the rooms are small and cramped. I stayed at this properties some years ago when it was a Holiday Inn Express. I had hoped for an upgrade when it became a Holiday Inn, but it seems only the name changed.

I was very happy with my stay, room was excellent, super quiet, clean etc. Perfect for heading to Heathrow for an early flight the next morning. The only comment I have is that the carpets in the hallways looked like they needed replacing, stained in multiple locations and generally well used.

Hotel was okay, but we had a very hard bed
The hotel was at a great location, the room was okay but very warm, there was a fan in the room, but didn’t make a lot of difference, the bed was so hard, I didn’t get hardly any sleep, the people on the reception were very nice, but I was surprised that we had to pay for parking.
