The hut was very homely and clean. I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant which was very good. The lady behind the bar was just wonderful and really made my stay
Lovely, spacious room with a huge bed! Spacious, clean bathroom. Effortless self-check in and out. Lovely breakfast in the club house. I would highly recommend.
Stayed here for a race weekend at the circuit at loved being somewhere quieter than our usual choices. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and housekeeping really good. Didn't have any problems with the lock-box check in.
Loved: outdoor patio space, less crowded feel (especially at breakfast), easy access to Silverstone circuit.
Only recommendations would be as the rooms all face out onto public space, voiles on the windows would be nice so you can have your curtains open without feeling you're totally exposed. Also the listing mentioned a mini fridge in the room that wasn't actually there so ended up binning the milk and snacks we'd bought expecting a cold place to keep them.
Check in complex as I don’t normally read the welcome info…key in secure box with instructions but no personal touch. Bar staff friendly. Room really good but lacking a comfortable chair though I find this in most hotels…would really make a difference! Shower superb!
Lovely newly built and decorated room. Ideal size for the 1 night stay.
The pond outside the rooms could do with being lit at night because I didn't know it was there until the following morning! It does have barriers around it though!
Also the gutter was leaking near the front of my room so that might have been annoying if it continued to rain.
We have just stayed in 3 hotels over the last week & this was the best overall.
It was clean and comfortable, friendly and welcoming staff.
Nice comfortable bed and fluffy towels.
Nice little extras like a bottle of water and some nice biscuits with your tea.
Freshly cooked breakfast.
This hotel deserves more than a 3.5 star rating, it was better than both the 4 star hotels we stayed in.
Room was good, food ok. Cleaning staff were excellent very friendly and nothing was too much. The only problem was that every morning about 06:30 you were woken but the greens being mowed. This was a large sit on mower that was loud.
Staff very friendly and informative as to getting to the race circuit on foot. Couldn't fault anything about the place. Will definately be going back there when we next vist Silverstone.
Unusual venue in the fact they are more like cabins, but nicely decorated and in nice location. Shower was cold but after figuring the water heater had errored and reset it, it was ok. Single bed was a little small for someone of my height but would be perfect for others I’m sure.
Breakfast was very good
Only recommendation would be to read the emails from the venue THOROUGHLY after you have booked, as we had a misunderstanding due to having different rooms for each night. For the first night they send you a key safe code and the key is in the safe next to the room, on the 2nd night it said to ask at reception. We did not notice that so when getting back to room late we couldn’t get in. Luckily they do have an emergency number to call and they resolved quickly. (Our fault but worth noting)

Issue with the rooms
Very pleasant staff at the bar and restaurant but terrible elsewhere. The basin was blocked, the shower was too hot and couldn’t turn it down and the rooms and the bathroom weren’t cleaned for 3 days out of 5 days we stayed there.
Silverstone Golf Course and Hotel is situated in a lovely rural area close to Silverstone race track. The chalets are next to part of the golf course so it’s really pleasant to sit outside with a drink in the evening.
The room itself was spotless, the towels fluffy, the shower easy to use with endless hot water and the bed comfy.
The only drawback - and it’s a major one - is that the food is dreadful. If the hotel could sort that out then it would be a winner

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Generous space everywhere. Golf course setting, quietness.
Limited offerings at breakfast, eg no muesli option or fruit, no self serve water either.
Due to location, transport eg taxi more difficult (from next town, Towcester)

Nice place to stay
The service was great, the rooms are quite small but lovely.
For such a lovely setting the main bar/restaurant area was ok but i was expecting it to be a lot more fancy.
