Great sunset views. However, most of the dishes were dirty and we had to wash everything eg there was still coffee in the cups which had been put away, greasy plates and glasses…normally not a big deal but we paid a fortune for the place so had higher expectations. We had housekeeping once although we were there for 3weeks and were supposed to have it once a week. Kitchen utensils greatly lacking in everything. Conclusion…would we rent there again? Yes! Very comfortable accommodations. There was a side view of the ocean which had the benefits of the outdoor lanai being in the shade most of day. Our view overlooked a forestry residential area which made us feel part of Bucerias. We loved seeing the Iguanas in the trees. The only small drawback was that one side of the L-shaped lanai partly faced a wall but we were still able to view the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Mareya the property manager was knowledgeable and attentive and answered every request within minutes. Martin in the outdoor pool restaurant made great snacks, hamburgers, hotdogs and drinks, The doormen and women, security, and maids all were so sweet and friendly.
