The hotel is great. Parking is small but we didn't have issues with availability. Good breakfast, nice rooftop pool and jacuzzi

The Dann is always The Dann
Everything was excellent. I guess the highlight that on check-in, a lack of documentation issue ensued with Front Desk Clerk, Dana. However, she handled it very well, at the end being to comply with the hotel rules and standards, while also exercising discretion, and assuming authority to decide how to handle the situation very professionally. This young lady should be considered for management and leadership, congrats to the DC organization. My cheers also to the security lady that cared for us upon arrival, parking and entry, and the Restaurant Personnel during breakfast. LOS FELICITO!

I hardly slept for the whole time I was there as there were people staying up all night partying, doing drugs, lasting music, even having fights and smashing things against the walls to the point where the police department had to come and argue with them. I felt very unsafe the whole time I was there then I got sick from the water, I went to the management three times to explain the circumstances and no one ordered any assistance for me and my wife to enjoy our stay and sleep in the room, feeling safe and being able to sleep at all.

No respetaron el descuento por ser cliente blue de EXPEDIA, encontré Pelos en le baño al llegar, en la noche cortaron el servicio del agua sin que se me notificara de este hecho e check in, tuve que asearme con un balde plástico con agua que subieron al yo llamar a recepción, la comida es horrible, recalentada, poco fresca...

One night between flights
Nice hotel, great location. Hotels website misleading on distance from the airport - was nearly an hour by taxi. Yelling and screaming in room next door early morning so I didn’t get enough sleep 😕
