Well, I decided to start and stay on another 3rd week here very easy to do. Witnessing positive updates on my stay have been “WONDERFUL”. A small mention to SARA at the Front Desk of my rooms hairdryer was not working. She immediately without hesitation graciously came to my room and lended me a hairdryer. That is SUPERBE SERVICE!!..and I THANKED her. This place keeps SURPRISING me each day. I’m GLAD I chose to stay WORKS.

I stayed another week @Safestay and found it to be convenient to remain in the “Center of the City” and close to major Shopping, Café & Restaurants,Train Stations and Tourist Attractions. The front desk help named SEBASTIAN is very welcoming to your needs on a daily basis. He is warm and considerate to understand issues that may come up and he solves them with ease and without argument. I too, am in the CUSTOMER SERVICE field and he gives “EXCELLENT SERVICE” to the guests which I have witnessed on many occasions during my 2 1/2 week stay. My only complaint is that when Sebastian isn’t working there are other front desk workers who are NOT as welcoming and accommodating to the GUESTS. Most times, I have come down from my room there are “Arguments and Confrontations” that guests shouldn’t have to witness each day. I do understand you can’t make 2 out of 50 guests HAPPY during this time in our lives. But, being “Accommodating and Pleasant” is key in making everyone feel alright and comfortable. We ALL need to feel this especially NOW. Bravo for Sebastian for giving that each time to his guests when he is at WORK.
