I did not like the bed at all, it was not comfortable at all. I had aches and pains sleeping on the bed

Staff and hotel very good, only down side was where it was!

Nice hotel with nice rooms. Location was pretty good, but slightly away from the centre.

beautiful gardens and light spacious rooms

The room was excellent clean and huge. The staff were so helpful. It was very well placed not to far from Grand Place walking distance and there were loads of places to eat near by. We didn’t really eat at the hotel as were out site seeing a lot so can not comment but the restaurant did look very nice the bar was good at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

The premise is good, but there was no variety of food choices for the room service. The matress cover in my rood had a huge blood stain. I took it out of the bed hoping that it wijll be cleaned and replaced, but that didn't happen. The trash bin in the bathroom was not emptied for two days.

At the moment there was road closure outside hotel for new water pipes being installed but think this will only be for a short time. the steps down to reception are a problem for wheelchair users.

The biggest mistake of our holiday

Where do i even start. The hotel was filthy, the cutlery, the plates the bathroom, everything flithy. The staff was horrible, completely rude, or racist. The one day we left our room at 9am to go sightseeing, came back at 4pm extremely tired to gind our room dirty, not cleaned at all. They made us wait 1 hour to get our room ready. The management didn't even care to apologise. Don't even waste your money at this hotel. Biggest mistake of our trip.
