The biggest mistake of our holiday

Where do i even start. The hotel was filthy, the cutlery, the plates the bathroom, everything flithy. The staff was horrible, completely rude, or racist. The one day we left our room at 9am to go sightseeing, came back at 4pm extremely tired to gind our room dirty, not cleaned at all. They made us wait 1 hour to get our room ready. The management didn't even care to apologise. Don't even waste your money at this hotel. Biggest mistake of our trip.
