Bad bathroom design and unclean bedding
Overall it was an okay experience but cleanness is a problem, we found several hair on the bed when we checked in and asked if the sheets can be changed, the hotel gave us new sheets and asked us to change ourselves… the shower is also badly designed where the water would splash out all over the bathroom.

The hotel would not honor our Hilton Gold status. Breakfast was 30 USD per person which is outrageous for the limited spread they provided. Baby cot requested in advance was not provided in a timely manner. I would not visit again.

The hotel is very conveniently located. But there were two set of stairs to get to our room as it was located in the older part of the building. It was difficult to get there with our luggage. The breakfast was great!

Car Park not safe !!
This hotel was beautiful and everyone was lovely. The car park next to it is not safe. 5 cars on the same level as I parked had windows smashed and belongings stolen the night we parked there. They targeted cars with foreign number plates. It was the under ground parking behind the hotel. It ruined our trip

I arrived earlier than check-in, and was accommodated. Excellent customer service!! Room was comfortable with enough space not to feel cramped in. Location is convenient for train and subway transportation as well as tourist spots. Look forward to next visit!

Luxurious hotel, central location. Room is very clean and well maintained. I love the brita water filter in the floor , very practical idea , we forgot about the hassle of buying water during our stay .

I liked the hotel and the area. But, be aware of the place and check your invoice! I am extremely upset for being charged 52.00 euro for a breakfast that I never purchased and also, as I’m checking my card statement I find an unauthorized charge of $288.44. I have emailed and called the hotel several times and have not had a reply. Unfortunate that they take advantage of visitors. Do not recommend this hotel!

Hotel is beautiful inside. Not the typical DT (which is usually nice). Rooms are comfortable and the climate control system is very good. Within walking distance of restaurants and other tourist activities. My only two negatives are the in-room internet and limited dinner menu at the restaurant. In-room internet was extremely limited during our stay but it was because of construction on the property. Construction was never a noise problem. Appreciate that the restaurant has countless eating options near-by and it is cost control decision, However, if weather or a long day, it would be nice to more options on the menu if guests decided not to go out. Noteworthy: the staff is outstanding.

Since only one of our two junior suites features a sofa bed, and we were unaware of the third person, the junior suite without a sofa bed was assigned, as the other one was already occupied. To accommodate your party of three, we moved you to a standard room with a sofa, although it may not offer a scenic view.We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we strived to make the necessary adjustments to ensure your comfort during your stay.
