I used to stay at this property when I was a kid, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the upgrades to the rooms & the grounds are kept so beautifully. The breakfast is top notch!

Travel quite a bit and use Expedia and its ratings to find the best deal for properties that review well. The Best Western did not disappoint. Easy location, Was clean, quiet, and the staff was a 10. Lunch facility was spotless, and the women running it had a world class personality. Fantastic. Even the manager who walked thru every AM was engaging and very nice. Great place made even better by fantastic staff.

I would have loved to be able to use the pool and jacuzie. Thats why i book here, but when i checked in they told us it wast working. Very disapointed.

Undergoing some renovation, so a bit of construction going on. Our room had been done. Very nice. Comfy beds. Breakfast buffet better than many. Coffee was very good. Pool area very nice , but closed due to renovation.

Hotel allowed an extremely noisy party to go on through the night. When we contacted front desk about the hotel's policy about "quiet hours", person on duty had never heard the term and said there was nothing they could do about it. We chose this hotel thinking that being it was on the island it would have been quieter than staying on the interstate. Next time will stay on the interstate at half the cost.

Terrible rooms
In the past the stays were fine and I'm not a complainer, but this trip the room was horrible. There were stains all over the floor which looked like vomit or spilled food. I was afraid to walk on the floor without shoes one. The room was so humid that our bedding was damp. The shower had no water pressure. I had more water pressure from a kitchen sink. Thebwater wpuld trickle out. The hot water would come on and then go to cold, then changed it's mind and be hot again. The woman employee at breakfast that help get food together was so nice. She was the only good thing about the stay.

Too costly for what we got
Our room had several big stains on the carpet. The drywall ceiling appeared to have had a leak and its "bubble" needed repair. Poor room lighting. The hotel was noisy with many college kids. My partner said it well: " Welcome back to the 1980s". Breakfast area had been updated, food ok. Could be lovely, if rooms were much better.

Quiet location but dirty room
Hotel staff was nice. Breakfast and coffee area were great. Property was older but outside of property were clean. Our room was not clean. Surfaces were dirty, desk chair was really stained, black gunk in the tub, dirty floors.

Booked a two Queen suite through Expedia. When I got to the hotel, my room wasn’t available, only a single king and no explanation as to why. Carpets were stained everywhere but other than that it was a basic hotel room.

I didn't like when i booked the hotel it said we could check-in 2 hours early then got there and was told we couldn't check-in cause the room wasn't ready

Not a good stay
Room was dirty and hot. My ac unit wasn’t blowing cold air. Had to leave a night early due to being uncomfortable.
