Great location. Can easily walk into town. Bus stop is near to get to train station. Good breakfast. Nice room with view of canal.

I loved how unique the property was and the town itself... however, the staff at our hotel were very rude and had a hostile attitude towards us. When ordering at the hotel restaurant, the service took forever, at breakfast (which was included in our package) we went downstairs and the lady was very annoyed at us for asking even where the breakfast buffet was... very disappointed overall.

This hotel also has a restaurant but it seems more like this restaurant also has a hotel. It’s more of an add on that they don’t seem to take much care of. The narrow staircases made it hard to bring luggage up and down. The room was decently sized however there were only two outlets, one across the room from the bed and one in the bathroom. Also the bathroom had some smell that was couldn’t recognize but it was not pleasant. Sleeping wise, the room was insufferably hot because we couldn’t plug in the fan and if we opened the windows, we’d be attacked by flies no doubt. On the bright side, the location was great, located about 10 min walk from the main city center. All in all, I’m not sure how readily I’d recommend this hotel to a friend staying in Bruges.
