Excellent location.

Posted 08-Dec-2016
Pros: Friendly staff and good choices for breakfast. We could also get BBC and ITV on the television.
Cons: For a three star hotel it suited the bill. Nothing spectacular but comfortable and adequate.
Location: Centre of Bruges with everything nearby. Food and drink is cheaper in places just off the market square (which is expensive) but still good quality.
Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast (included some English favourites, sausages, scrambled egg etc). The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Bruges very near the market square. The room was basic but suited our needs and the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location, great hotel in city centre

Posted 08-Dec-2016
Pros: The location is superb, and its. Lean and tidy with helpful staff.....great place to stay
Cons: Would liked to have had tea/coffee facilities in room.
Location: The hotel is right in the centre of Bruges....so you can access any part of the city within a 15 minute walk....including the train station
Stayed in beautiful Bruges for wedding anniversary, hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and excellent throughout stay. The hotel was within touching distance of the Belfry Tower in the city centre, so provided an excellent location for walking around the historical cobbled streets.....eating chocolate and drinking beer..!

Close to main square

Posted 04-Dec-2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Tea and coffee facilities in room.
A very convenient hotel for centre of Brugge only 10-15 minute walk from railway station. Disappointed no tea and coffee facilities in room. Woken by noisy drunken English women coming in on Friday evening.

Hotel bien placé confortable et accueillant

Posted 28-Nov-2016
Pros: La chambre

Good hotel for single traveller

Posted 20-Nov-2016
Pros: The location
Cons: Bathroom could do with a refurbishment as the shower screen did not stop the water going onto the floor.
Location: The other side of the Belfry is the Markt where there are plenty of places to eat and drink. Lots of beer, but no drunkards. Chocolate shops galore.
The hotel is directly behind The Belfry, very close to the Markt. The hotel has a bar with happy hour between 8-9 in the evening. A warm, friendly hotel, central to all the facilities that Bruges can offer. Bruges was very quiet and the Christmas Market stalls were just having the final touches added for the market next week. The street food available in the Saturday market is something to definitely experience, it's yummy! A lovely place to be whatever the weather and season.

Great hotel in the centre of Bruges

Posted 15-Nov-2016
Location: Perfect location for a visit to Bruges, right in the centre and close to bars, restaurants, shops and key tourist attractions.
Very cosy hotel perfect to use at base whilst visiting Bruges. The staff were very friendly and helpful in booking us a taxi and accommodating our very late night arrival for check in. The room is equipped with a safe, hairdryer, TV and plenty storage for clothes and has a large bathroom with an excellent power shower. My only complaint would be that the housekeeping staff are very keen and turn up at your room pretty early before you're even out of bed in the morning.
