Strategic location

Posted 16-Jan-2017
Nice staff and allowed me to check in 2 hours earlier. Perfect location, centre of the tourist spots. Nearby has nice restaurants, cafes and convenient shops. The room space is much better than I expected. A good stay.

Unbelievable location

Posted 31-Dec-2016
This hotel has the absolute best location possible, right in the center of Bruges. Incredible views, comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff... I loved my stay at this hotel. Can't wait to come back.

Great location

Posted 27-Dec-2016
Pros: location, cleanliness.
Cons: Tea and coffee making facilities were sorely missed as my elderly mother was with us and she did not always want to go out for a cuppa.
Location: Belfort tower is 2 minutes away, as was the Christmas market - although disappointing. Myriad of shops, walking distance to windmills, old city gates.
We had a wonderful time in Brugges, lots of walking and this hotel is so central to everything that anywhere in the city was within walking distance.

Very Average.

Posted 23-Dec-2016
Pros: Staff were great. Also good location.
Cons: Room needs totally redecorating to fix the bare plaster, peeling paint, and awful colour scheme.
Location: Very handy for main square, canals, markets etc.
Hotel is nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The decor in the room was awful. Everything was brown - walls, carpet, blanket, upholstery - all a horrible brown colour. No nice period features like the pictures on here. Also, we booked a double room and got a twin. There was also mould in the bathroom, and places where the walls had been re-plastered and not yet painted. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location is excellent for central Brugge.
