Absolutely perfect!

We booked this hotel on a whim as we stopped in Brugge. We were so glad we did! It was a quiet, beautiful, and charming place to stay. The location was perfect for restaurants and shopping.

Family trip to Bruges

A two day break with the children was perfect but made particularly so my the Hotel. It had a unique charm that created a great impression of Bruges from the minute we set foot in the hotel -

brilliant hotel

Posted 03-Jan-2016
We had a great stay here. The hotel was warm and cosy, the staff were incredibly helpful and everything was spotless. I would like the wifi to be more stable and our room was bottom floor right at the entrance, so it didn't feel overly private. The bar with the fire was comfortable and the beer was delicious! I'd definitely recommend our hotel to anyone heading to Bruges.

Pleasant hotel but a little maintenance required

Posted 21-Nov-2015
Pros: It's location
Cons: General maintenance and I found one of receptionists to be rather patronising
Our Luxe room was clean and of a good size. The hotel is also very centrally located and we had two quiet, undisturbed night's stay. However; the bathroom suit felt very dated and could do with refitting. I noticed a couple of points in the wall where fixtures had once hung, but only the holes with visible screw grips remained. The bathroom fittings which do remain look rather tired. A couple of the plug sockets in the room itself were also coming loose from the wall from repeated use. Overall; it's not a bad place to stay at all, but I guess I expected more considering the price we paid for our accommodation.

Fantastic hotel in prime location!

Posted 09-Nov-2015
Pros: Everything! Breakfast was particularly incredible!
We had a superb stay at Hotel De Orangerie. The hotel is in a fantastic location, in the centre of town and next to the canal! The rooms are individual and unique which makes this hotel so special. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was to die for. I cannot speak any more highly of this hotel! We shall certainly spread the word.
