5 euro for extra pillow is rediculous, the pillows supplied were so small we both awoke with stiff necks and back

The location and surrounding views very good. There was nothing extra in the room which would’ve made the stay more affordable. I feel also you need to change the bed in the room, I woke up yesterday morning and this morning with bite marks on my leg.
Fantastic location, we booked a room with a canal view ( highly recommended). Modern, clean and staff extremely helpful. I would definitely book this hotel again.
The stay was fine. However they didn’t give us the room we booked with canal view. And gave us the room on top floor with a very small window and said it’s an upgrade. That’s a total lie as they didn’t want to give us the room with view. They also cleaned one of the rooms and didn’t tell us we left a pair of expensive shoes. When we reached out they said they might have one but the hours of reception closed so they couldn’t do anything about it. Can you believe it. I had to literally compel them to give me back my expensive shoes. For towels they were charging additional fees which I have never heard of. One entire day reception was closed for whole day except they opened it for an hour. This is not acceptable. The reception desk manager was lil rude. Please book hotels around if you want to have a pleasant experience in Bruges. Thanks.
