Nice hotel close to centre & all amenities

Posted 09-Sep-2017
Pros: Great central location and friendly staff.
Cons: The room lighting and showering favilifies.
Location: Great central location, easy walking distances to all restaurants, museums and shops. All streets are cobbled so take good walking shoes.
Lovely hotel and very helpful friendly staff. We were up in the roof so great views over the rooftops from the velux windows. The only downside was the room was fairly dark which would have been improved by decorating in a lighter colour, or better lighting. We also had to shower kneeling down as under the slanted roof there was no roof for fixing a standing shower head.

Lovely hotel, perfect location

Posted 24-Aug-2017
Pros: Everything .
Great hotel and amazing staff just a few steps from everything Bruge. Lovely rooms , nice pool and spa. Close enough to everything but on a quiet street where you could escape the really busy tourist times. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

A touch of luxury

Posted 23-Aug-2017
Pros: A touch of luxury...quality facilities and appointments. The swimming pool is a great bonus.
Location: This hotel is very close to the centre of Brugge...ideally placed to explore all the sights on foot.
I stayed at this hotel again, having stayed here in 2009. It was like a wonderful re-acquaintance with an old and dear friend.

Pros: Excellent central location overlooking canal. Staff professional efficient and polite.
Return visit after many years, still retains the 'Bruges' magic, easy walking access to all sights Museums Eateries shopping most noticeable change was obviously exchange rate which since brexit makes an extended stay very expensive. Hotel situated centrally adjacent to canals. Weather very changeable but train travel very efficient and good value which enabled easy visiting to other coastal resorts.

Really lovely hotel

Posted 14-Aug-2017
Pros: Location , old world ambiance, excellent staff.
Location: Everything in Bruge is close by. While it was high season we could still be minutes to the comfort of this lovely hotel whenever we needed a break.
Bruges was a favorite stop of our trip and this hotel was perfect. Just a couple minutes from the main square , you were close to everything yet you could also step away for some peace and quiet. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the room was lovely.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Bruges.

Posted 06-Jun-2017
Pros: The beautiful room , the great location and the spa.
Cons: Cannot think of one.
Location: Very central for taking a cruise or seeing the sights of the city.
Arrived early a bit before 12 noon and was so surprised to be told your room is ready and what a lovely room, big and well decorated, a bathroom with a bath tub and a separate shower. The hotel has a spa with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There is an extra change of EUR10.00 per person, but worth it after a long walk around the city centre. We had it to ourselves. The hotel is well situated to walk around the and see the sights of beautiful Bruges. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel. Room was tastefully decorated, interesting and well equipped.Staff very helpful and pleasant. Restricted access to hotel due to location in the town but car park available. Fantastic location for wandering around Bruges. very central and convenient. Breakfast rather pricey but really delicious with lots of choice. Really enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here again.

Great hotel - very helpful staff, good facilities, clean and well equipped room. Some elements in bathroom could do with updating slightly (but only very minor points)
