"Door lock is loosen. The room is clean but SMELLY! Armchairs are damp. The coffee maker is stained and its lid was broken. Sliding window in the bathroom cannot be locked. So not well maintained. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Staff is very helpful. Parking is convenient. Food in the Sun Rise restaurant is good and we even have a discount for being a customer of the hotel."

"Spacious and modern room, clean property, and quiet. Not walking distance to anything in Kincardine like the beach or shopping, but you’re only a two minute drive and the hotel is right off 21 so it’s easy to get to. Breakfast was good although our second day they ran out of some items. Overall, would certainly stay here again."

"BOOK THIS PLACE! It’s amazing. The property is beautiful, the cabin is immaculately decorated, stocked, and maintained. It has everything you could need! Only a 20-30 min drive to places like Southampton or Port Elgin. I would live here forever in a heartbeat. Mark was lovely and easily reachable at all times! Beautiful place, I will be returning."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was good value for the price. The building has some older charm, so the floors were a little uneven and the stairs up to the room were quite steep. The walls were also a bit thin, so we could hear people talking in the next room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and felt it was reasonable for the price. I would suggest not to book people in rooms next to each other if there is space."
