It was in construction. Even though, they place signs on the entrance door the property had some damages in the parking lot and the pool was not clean.

When we arrived we went to bed, literally felt the wood of the base and the mattress not comfortable, the bathroom all its metal accessories were rusty, a little water was thrown on the floor and when we passed a towel to dry, it literally came out black from the dirt, that they don't clean the floor for a long time. At night I go to the bathroom and there was a plague of small cockroaches on the floor, it was easily like 10. It lacks a lot of attention and maintenance and a good fumigation. I definitely wouldn't go back there. Only the receptionist is very kind and attentive.

Thank you for your comments. I did check the room. That room was just serviced by the pest control company. I will contact them to let them know that you had that issue. I did check the bathroom. I did not see any rust on the chrome or metal accessories. I did find the lever of the toilet that needs to be replaced some rust.. As for the bed and mattress we renovated this past year. The furniture and mattresses is what was selected for all the new renovations for Motel 6. I apologize and I'm sorry that you were not happy, I hope that you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in the near future.

I would give this place no star at all! When we arrived we got our room and when we got there, it was infested with roaches!! I was there abt 1 hr and killed 10 roaches in the walls floor and IN THE BED! I made a complaint and they gave us another room when I was showing I get out and see my DOG CHEWING ON A CONDOM!! This is so unacceptable, my kids were with me, I have a 2 year old it would have been way worse if my daughter was the one who would have found it! I will never stay here again, they don’t change bedsheets they are not clean!

Thank you for your review. If you could please take a moment out of your busy day and let us know what room you were in. All beds are about 7 months old. We recently renovated the Motel 6 rooms. This will help me call the mattress company and get them replaced. They are still under warranty. I'm sorry about the GSR that was rude. I will speak to all my desk staff about it.

Toilet made a loud noise all day and night, they were instilling new tile in lobby and the night shift cut tile with noisy power tools the entire night and were hammering all nightup tp 6am

Very nice room, clean, and staff was great. Down side was the back door next to our bedroom didn’t have a stopper and slammed constantly. Staff said it would happen at times. Should be an easy fix for them to let it go for so many days on.

I'm sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Motel 6 rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. We have those items on our Studio 6 side of the building. I looked up your reservation and you reserved a Motel 6 regular room. Next time, you would need to reserve a Studio 6 room if you need a microwave and a fridge. Thank you for letting me know about the light switch. I checked the ac as well and it is working. It may have been because they are set to auto. Depending on the temp outside they will not start cooling.

All around and inside property was dirty , the room was terrible takes 1/2 hr waiting for hot water in bathroom, ceiling inside the room was falling like full of water , wall by the beds side was splash with vomit and the floor was sticky like they never mopped.

A lot of trash and cigarette butts on the ground there was no grounds keeping done.room was dirty there was trash left in the haul-ways not swept/mopped or vacuumed. I don’t recommend this place

Thank you for your comments. If you noticed we have bus drivers and other guest that smoke. The front area is cleaned daily. Some guest are not respectful to others and just throw the cigarette butts on the floor. We do not have a maintenance person 24 hrs. a day. The hallways are vacuumed daily at the end of the housekeeping shift. We do not have housekeepers 24 hrs. a day either. Again, we have guest that are not respectful to others and leave trash on the floor.As per your room, If your room was not clean you can come up to the front desk and ask to be moved. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
