"Hotel is relatively new , modern and as such is very well decorated with quality fittings. The breakfast area and the terrace bar area were good. The variety of the breakfast offering was more than consistent of a hotel with less than 30 rooms. Points to bear in mind, part of the hotel doesn’t have a lift so some people may struggle to get to the rooms on the second floor. The onsite parking was ideal. The location of the hotel was excellent for all attractions and bars and restaurants. Overall we would definitely stay here again."

"Everything about La Villa Eugene was outstanding! The wonderful room and bathroom were very spacious and beautifully furnished. These attributes were exceeded by the warm and friendly staff who gave us exceptional service from arrival to departure. The location of the property is ideal, within walking distance of many of the champagne houses, including Moet and Chandon. Breakfast also was outstanding with a great selection including delicious croissant. The staff greeted us with fresh squeezed orange juice and any type of coffee we wanted. We highly recommend this exceptional hotel!"

"This is an excellent hotel and GREAT value for money. We stayed before in Hotel do Champagne in Epernay, was ☠️. Staff lovely but room a disaster. This hotel was a little way out of the town of Epernay, but Ay is a stunning town with many great champagne houses, easily walkable. The room was dark, comfortable, incredibly quiet, there was a huge shower, good amenities, water pressure a little low, but not too bad! Bed was comfortable but not over luxurious. We didn’t use the mini bar but it was well stocked. Breakfast was fine, good coffee, lovely bread. Overall it was a really good experience, and we will definitely stay there again."

"We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions, the rooms are always spotless with clean bedding and towels. The staff at the hotel are very professional and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. The wi-fi is excellent and it has a huge car park which has access to electric charging if required This hotel is within walking distance of the town centre"
