THE Important Stuff This is a 5-bedroom home accommodating up to 12 guests. You’ll receive your access code via SMS on the day of arrival along with Arrival Instructions. Standard check-in is at 3pm. Early check-in may be possible, just reach out to us to confirm. Linen All beds include full linen and 1 bath towel per guest. Please bring your own pool/lake/beach towels. Amenities To help reduce waste, we provide an eco-friendly 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each shower. Guests are welcome to bring any additional preferred toiletries. Wi-Fi Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. As it is managed by an external provider, speed and connection cannot be guaranteed. Pricing Your booking is based on a minimum number of guests. Fireplaces & Fire Pits Indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pits (if any) are available after the NSW Easter School Holidays and before the NSW September School Holidays, depending on fire restrictions. Visitors The number of guests on your booking is the maximum allowed on the property at any one time. Visitors must be approved in writing before attending. We’re always happy to approve reasonable requests—such as parents popping in for lunch—but large additional groups won’t be permitted. No Party Policy This is a quiet, residential location. All stays operate under a Strict No-Party & No Excessive Noise Policy to help ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Breaches may lead to bond deductions or eviction. Cameras & Noise Monitoring There is one external camera monitoring the front entry only. A noise monitoring device is also installed to help maintain compliance with NSW Stra regulations. Tampering may result in fines. Guest Registration All guests are required to complete a quick electronic registration with photo ID. The primary booker must also list all guests’ names and mobile numbers so we can contact someone if needed. Access codes are released once registration is complete. Important Security Update For bookings made within 5 days of arrival, we require a photo of the credit card matching the primary guest’s ID to prevent fraudulent activity. If they do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. Marignano Homestead is on of the best that we’ve had to date. The house was spotless, very spacious and very comfortable. It suited our needs perfectly. We all really liked it. The property is very well kept, quiet and in a good location just outside the hustle and bustle. All the main wineries, distilleries and breweries are easily within 15 minutes travel time by car it was great to be a little bit away from the crowds. All in all we had an excellent stay and we do not hesitate to recommend this property. ##### Caroline M. The property is well kept and comfortable for a large group. Maybe an extra bathroom would have been useful. We cooked a roast dinner one night and thought the kitchen was very light in cookware & kitchen tools. We ended up buying extra baking trays and knives from Woolworths. The kitchen could be better provisioned for such a large house from as little as $100\. Otherwise the property is as described and quite useful for a large family. We did find the check in process quite awkward compared to other places we have stayed in. ##### Dan F. Kitchen is well stocked. There are a total of 6 bedrooms (one of which is a media room with a sofa bed that we turned into a bedroom for the kids). 5 of the rooms at one end of the house, and the other good size room at the opposite end of the house, which suited me perfectly. The only downside (if it could be called that) is that the house could use an extra bathroom. One room has an ensuite, and the only other bathroom in the house is shared by the remaining 5 bedrooms. Probably would be a great idea to add an ensuite to the room I was in. Also 4 of the rooms didn’t have mirrors, so I had to either go to a bathroom or to another bedroom with a mirror. But there is few issues, Property was not ready prior to check in. Cleaner cleaned the house but did not empty the garbage bin which was overflowing. We have to keep our bins staked outside. Huge bedroom space and beds extremely comfortable. A TV, fan and air conditioner in every bedroom and communal area. The house overall provided excellent space for everyone ie large kitchen, dining and lounge area. A separate media room was a bonus for the "football fans". The only suggestion would be possibly could add extra bathroom/ensuite for the size of the house - but this was not an issue as we just shared the master ensuite. Location is very quiet. Great place for literally doing as little as possible and able to just enjoy the company., without feeling you needed to go elsewhere. For those wanting more the more you are within easy drive to wineries etc. Rental price was excellent for the size of the house offered. We will definitely be back. ##### Judy B.
