Good Location, Uncomfortable Room
We stayed for 3 nights and the location was good for visiting Times Square and the Theaters/Broadway. However, aside from the location there is not much else good with this hotel. The room was incredibly small with not much more room than the queen bed. The bathroom was also very small - so much so I couldn't sit normally on the toilet because the sink was in the way of my shoulders (I'm averaged size 5'7, 170). The elevators were the slowest I have ever used in any hotel and they fit about 4 people maximum. If you have suitcases, 2 people maximum. The air conditioning was good throughout the stay, so that was a plus as it was very hot and this was a welcome relief. The bed was really soft and pillows were very firm and both were really uncomfortable. The linens were also extremely basic and were not very comfortable either. I would definitely not stay here again. If location is all that matters and you don't mind a small basic, no frills room, then it would probably be an OK stay.

Thank you for your honest review.
I am sorry you did not enjoy the hotel. Like many Boutique hotels in NYC we are challenged with the size of our rooms and elevators. We hope that you enjoyed your time in the city. May you find a hotel that better suits you in the near future and if you ever give us a second chance we hope to better accommodate you.
Thank you and have a wonderful day.
