Very poor front desk staff
At the time of check-in, there was only one person on the front desk even though it was not late at night. For the quality of hotel, you would expect the front desk service to be much better than it was. At the time, they were having a problem with their room keys and they couldn't make a room key. After a very long wait to check-in with a line up of over 10 people behind me by the time I was done, I was told that someone would meet me up at my room to give me access to my room. I waited 15 minutes standing in the hallway with my luggage until a man gave me access to my room. I politely stated that I had to wait quite a while to get in and the staffer said, "Imagine what it's like for me, I've had to go all over the hotel" - not a very professional response. Had a rag on the floor in the bathroom. Had to wait in another long line the next day to get the room key. I was travelling with friends in two other rooms and 3 days later, all our key cards didnt work. When we went down separately to the front desk, we were all told not to keep the card near a cell phone but none of us had kept it loose near a cell phone and it wasn't a coincidence that all our room keys didn't work - they didn't code them properly to last beyond 3 days even though I was staying 5 nights and the other two rooms were there for 8 nights. My friend received a response after he sent out a tweet about the poor service saying that he'd be contacted but never was. Very disappointed in the service.
