The restaurant staff seemed understaffed and unprepared for the traffic of a film festival.
Many of the convention rooms and areas had very poor air conditioning, and were quite hot.

I would rate this hotel much higher, except the complimentary shuttle service was not nearly as smooth as expected.
Prior to my flight yesterday when I called the front desk early to verify things, they said from 5 AM-10 PM the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. After exiting the airport at 7 PM, my family waited 45 minutes before I called again, and the staff said the same thing, but also that there was no shuttle because we didn't request one. Which is it? I shouldn't have to request a shuttle if it runs every 30 minutes!
Finally, the shuttle showed up about 8:15-8:20 and there were 2 other passengers who also experienced the same predicament. Other than that, everything at the hotel was great, so it's unfortunate things went this way.
