The location is brilliant just a few minutes walk from Breakwater and it has parking which is a huge bonus in Brixham. It is clean and equipped with everything you could need. Beautifully clean and every commodity available within the accommodation. Great lounge TV and beds ultra comfortable with added balcony luxury. Only slight downside; as seasoned Brixham stayers will know, tight accesses(better top end) + steep steps lol! Also slight confusion as to whether you can park a second car outside the property but still giving access to all others(vociferous neighbour categorically/sternly no, but welcome book says ok??) Needs clarification, but overall fabulous thank you. J.Adler. The building the flat is in is not attractive and the view from the balcony is hampered by a very ugly building, the back of Devoncourt. All a bit disappointing.
