"Pros: Good basic hotel. A little dated but clean and nice. The water fountain and yard were nice features. Pool is small but clean. Cons: room service has to be booked 1 day earlier! Also the breakfast is half decent (even though it is mostly frozen waffles/egg sandwich/etc. But it did not include basic stuff: no milk, no honey. Overall good stay."

"Very clean and upscale hotel located blocks from beautiful English Bay. Many restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice and clean with full kitchen. Furnishings are tasteful. Nice shower. Only real complaint was the squeaky bed frame."

"Absolutely surreal stunning experience. Emotional to leave. Breakfast buffet is incredible, lots to do on site, Banff in town is great. Great food and shopping. This will be an annual trip. Spend the money on a 1 bedroom suite at least. Spoil yourself and enjoy this special place. Unreal service and experience. Can not say enough. Sorry for posting a few car photos but as a car guy, this was a road trip from Vancouver Island and they were more than happy to allow us to indulge a few minutes to take a few pictures, even moving other vehicles to make this special for us."
