This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located in an Edwardian double bay window terrace. Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find the fantastic array of amenities, restaurants, and pubs on Fishponds High Street. the A bus stop is right outside the front door, offering a 30-minute ride to Cabot Circus in central Bristol. There is also the stunning Frome Valley Park just 5mins North, where you can along the river Frome to Eastville park.  
  
For your convenience, there is free on-street parking available on Overndale Road and the surrounding streets. You can easily let yourself in using the key safe.  
  
Living Area and Bedroom  
  
The east-facing living area and bedroom are filled with natural light from a bay window and high ceilings. The space features a mezzanine double bed with built-in shelves and storage. Below the bed is a cozy nook with a three-seater sofa. The room also includes a large wardrobe for clothes and a combination of thick Roman blinds and a slatted blind for privacy.

The stylish and modern oak ply kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an electric oven, and solid beech countertops. You'll find a kettle, toaster, task lighting, and ample storage.
