Very uncomfortable bed, could feel every spring in the bed. Breakfast was not worth paying for, should’ve went down the road. Parking was expensive and very hard to get a large car into. Room was very clean but a little noisy. Good location

Our hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast for only 15 and our overnight parking fee of 30.00 is comparable to those of other parking lots in the Brisbane area. Additionally, due to the location of our property, we have a height restriction of 1.8 meters. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to having you back at our hotel soon.

The motel was central for our needs, but we booked a Disabled room and was not given one. The wheelchair couldn't fit in the doorway or into the bathroom.

The property was in a fantastic location to the CBD and was walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Bathroom was really nice, property could use some updates, but was tidy and clean. Parking was a really bad. Upper lot was closed, and only small vehicles could fit in the basement (our rental car barely got inside without any scratches or dings).

The room was serviceable, but was quite shabby as was the general appearance of the hotel. The curtains didn't close the full way in my room, so some light came in. There wasn't much to dampen any sound, so any loud late comers could be heard clearly. The location is great, and the staff friendly, so a good, low-cost option, if you don't mind the decor and a bit of noise.

The room is dim with very limited of lighting, and very old interior that doesn't smell well too. Pretty noisy from the hallway cuz poor insulations.

The service was fine. But on the second day I could not get back to my room, had to see the reception to activate my keys before I could get back in. I stayed for three days two night, but got 3 tea bags, and were not enough body wash for two days, (Enough for one day). The room temperature was set elsewhere, could not do any adjustment as it was so hot. No fresh air in the small room. Hear the construction drill in the afternoon. Other than that the location was good. Walking distance to the Queen Street mall. It's alright, not the best.

For additional amenities, you can request them from our front office team, who are available 24/7. The maintenance team fixed the air conditioner in your room permanently. All noisy work is scheduled for business hours. Notices are on all booking platforms to try and advise guests in advance of booking. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter and hope to see you again soon, especially after our renovations. Have a great day!

For the of the twin room which was just over $103 the room was clean and good facilities except the aircon wasn't great which was needed because of the heat. But all in all it was a very good deal

I struggled to sleep due to the heat. I set the air conditioning as low as it could go and it did not go below 24c all night. As I could not sleep I checked out early so I could return home to air conditioning and some well needed sleep.

Great room and location. Nice view from room as well. Parking was a bit tight to go in and out of garage and limited spaces. Not really suitable for mid size or larger cars.
