The apartment is in a good location, and its fairly average apartment. However, the air conditioning does not work. Not only doesn't it work, but when you ask the host to fix it, she says there is no problem with it (I'm sure she will reply below and say its working, trust me its not). I suspect they have locked the air con to around 24/25 degrees and on low fan to save on electricity costs. Ceiling fans are not enough in the QLD heat, and the apartment has sun beaming into windows in the morning making it even hotter. I had to leave early and get another accommodation as I literally couldn't sleep. It took WEEKS to get a final refund (only on the nights I didn't stay mind you) because the Host lies to Stayz and says everything is working perfectly. I wouldn't have interrupted a week long trip, to pay extra money to go elsewhere if it is working... would avoid unless you like sleeping in a sauna. ##### Taylor D.
