Spacious apartment with river and bridge views. 25m lap pool. RM73 was so quiet too. Booked 1 room but they provided a 2 bedder with a separate lounge room. They lock the second rm from use. Kitchen apppinted with crockery. Would stay hwre again at the right price

Nice property. Parking is onsite but not suitable for larger cars as the access ramps are very tight.

Absolute shocking!!! Mould in the bathroom, Unresponsive left us unable to leave the parking garage. Would never stay with this outdated, overcharged, useless place again.

Disappointing Christmas stay
Not a nice property for a family holiday. Location was ok, but other than that, property felt like a budget hotel. apartment was dated, corridor on our floor was smelly and our apartment itself was very clean and was dusty. The kitchen was not well equipped, there was a smart tv but not connected to TV.. wouldn’t be staying here again for sure.

Great location, we had a beautiful 1 bed apartment with comfy bed and river views. Parking onsite, great sushi downstairs and a market + BWS. Pool and spa were lovely and well equiped gym. Will be back!

Loved our stay. The only issue is parking. Thought it was included but was actually $39/day and is super tight (so don’t bring your Land Cruiser).

First impression was not great then it got worse. One of the receptionists was being told off was we waited. The room was poor the carpet needed replacing, sink tap was not attached to the work surface. Nice cooker but only 1 pan, rang reception but after 30 minutes nothing. So we checked out

Reliable choice maybe tiring
Whilst property is in a great location and quiet it’s getting tired and could definitely do with a refresh. Simple things like adding black out curtains to bedrooms and lightening up living areas. Furniture was very 1980’s. Staff were very attentive.

A good apartment and late check out, but the room had strange smells to it the main hot plate didn’t work and the spa was out of order, which was one of the reasons for booking that particular hotel

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment with our three children and it was honestly the largest apartment we have ever stayed in! Well equipped and a beautiful view with two balconies. Only downside was the parking, we don’t have an overly large car, but still managed to scrape the wheels in a very tight corner. Also difficult to get in and out of the parking garage (two different entrances - a bit confusing even as previous Brisbane locals who know the streets well!)

Great location and lovely staff. The rooms were clean and had enough bedding. Fabulous view. The lift is ridiculously slow. Can take 15 to 20 minutes to get up or down to your floor. The upper floors particularly slow. Always one lift of 3 broken down.

Great location but room was lacking
Location was great and view of the river was fantastic. Hallways were extremely smelly. Room was tired. Was given wrong room on check-in. Was charged credit card surcharge even though didn't pay by credit account. Little things like one remote control each for two televisions and airconditioners make the difference between a nice stay and a forgettable one.

We have stayed here several times before and it has always been good. Reception service was good. The view (we were up on the high floors) was brilliant. The only downside on this visit was the room heaters - when there was no sun to help warm the room the heaters were either malfunctioning or had max temp locks on them. Regardless of switching to heat mode and adjusting the temp, the room remained cold. Only downside to a great place.

1 of the 3 lifts was out for upgrade. Long wait times. Surely they would limit guest numbers. Wifi was so slow. Prefer to pay for a faster service. Wotif description didn't match the apartment. Disappointing.

Fantastic apartment for group exploring Brisbane
Very spacious 2 bed apartment with amazing views of river. Great location to explore Brisbane from with easy access to trains, river ferries, restaurants & shopping. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms clean but a bit tired.

Enjoyed our stay at Oaks on Felix. 1 bed apt was large, view was great and easy access to most locations. Hotel was pretty quiet for the cbd. Only suggestion, ensure you get a printed copy of your checkout paid invoice, we had another guests dinner and drinks charged to our room, hotel staff acted quickly and resolved immediately,

The property needs a good clean. Marked carpets. Hair in bathroom. Dust in cupboards and wardrobe. Too many uncomfortable reminders that others had been there prior. We also had trouble with our parking with constant threats of being towed away despite declaration and payment at reception.
