I've stayed at this property a few times and it's clean and tidy. The only downside is there is no airconditioning in one bedroom. There is good aircon in the living area and main bedroom just not the 2nd bedroom. Otherwise it's a great stay

We chose this based on written reviews and were very pleased. Good value for the money. We weren't sure what the best area to stay in would be, but it ended up being a great central location - easy to walk to all the places we wanted to tour around. Unit was very spacious. Kitchen had all the basic necessities to prepare a meal with full sized fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Washer & dryer in room were very handy. TVs in both living room and bedroom. We did not have housekeeping services with our room, however reception provided all necessary refills of soap, towels, etc. It wasn't fancy, but it met all our needs and was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was spacious and had a great balcony with views over the botanic gardens. All the staff were friendly, smiling and helpful.

Front desk staff were absolutely lovely. Really helpful if asked anything. Bed was super comfortable and unit was very clean. The only thing is you get charged $39 der day for parking which I found too steep.

This hotel called Oakes on Margaret Suites was well rated by Charles Rahim because of the proximity to the central business district of Brisbane, Australia. I hope you love spending time in the shower, because the water pressure in the bath shower could not blow the icing sugar off a chocolate brownie. I’m still finding soap in my eyebrows.

Location, location, location. Walking distance from Brisbane CBD and 2 minutes walk from Botanic Gardens. We stayed 2 nights in June 2023. Receptionists were great, really friendly and helpful. We were given a very substantial discount to make up for a small stain on the carpet which they hadn't had time to clean. The unit was pretty clean except the kitchen utensils and surfaces which were sticky and not clean enough to use without washing them beforehand. Bathroom floor could have been more thoroughly mopped. Otherwise the place was great.

Overall a nice place to stay. Room was clean however it was next to a parking garage so we kept getting woken up during the night from screeching tyres (no fault of the hotel of course). Convenient location. Would stay again.

This property was in a great location, and the parking (although it was a bit more expensive than other places) was super easy and secure. The property was clean, although some areas were a bit outdated (broken dishwasher etc) - but overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Great location i.e walking around city of brisbane. A good size 1 bed apartment. Only downfall was the table was too unsteady to use on the balcony and limited sunlight due to the other buildings.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was very well presented, with beautiful views across the city skyline and river. The staff were wonderful - very friendly and accommodating. Park your car then walk, scoot or bike ride everywhere - really convenient and easy to get around. We’re already planning our next visit

Spare blankets in cupboard both Filthy, 1 elevator broken so long wait, floor 13 stinks when you get off the balcony, car park full so had to park else where, no wifi (was notified about this prior to arrival), emergency sprinkler system broken. Not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend
