Location is close to the train station, but note that if you have luggage you have to drag it up and down the hill from the train station. The room looks much nicer than the hallway, clearly renovated. For some reasons no room makeup service, and was not mentioned at check-in. But overall really like the room and comfortable bed!

We had a good stay! The room was clean and with basic necessities like boiler, little fridge, air conditioner, coffee machine and a small shampoo and shower gel. The location is good, 10 minutes walk to the city.

Air conditioning was great, it had a modern feel in an older part of town... security was excellent. The vapouriser at the front desk was very strong because we did get headaches from it. The beds were nice and firm with soft pillows and lovely linen.

Only positive thing to say is free parking, looks nothing like the pictures, feels more like a prison than a hotel. Beds are uncomfortable, curtains are cheap, dirty and let all the light in, showers are shocking bad. Lifts are closed at 8pm. Don’t make the mistake I did and book a room based on the pictures, area is also noisy so don’t expect a good night’s sleep.

✅️ Very central and easy to get to the Brisbane CBD and the Valley. Allowed early check in which was helpful. ❌️ We booked online and I thought we'd booked for $160/night, but turns out that was a 7-day stay. This was not made clear during the booking process, so it was $219 for a very small room with a view over the street onto roof tops. Would probably have booked elsewhere to save $60.

Basic but clean comfortable and good location.
Older building that thad been refurbished. Friendly helpful staff, free onsite parking and in the city for a reasonable price. Only staid one night but room was spacious, clean and comfortable, if not particularly modern. Nothing to complain about given the price and location.

Very convenient parking - would have checked out as soon as possible if not for the parking. Mostly clean, although promised for day 3, room not serviced at all during 5 night stay. Excessively noisy.

Good value for money
Good value for money, comfy and spacious room, reasonably quiet given on intersection. Close to Central, though steep walk up (free Spring Hill Shuttle Bus). The actual room and hotel a bit dated, but your saving $$$ for this. Staff were friendly.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Cafe is amazing for Brekky in the morning. Plenty of scooters around to get places. Hill is a bit of a slog to get up, but thats minor for the convenience of placement.

The property is a bit dated in common areas, but my room was impeccably clean, the bed very comfortable, the aircon working perfectly, the shower piping hot, and the Nespresso machine was a nice little extra. I made my reservation online quite late in the evening, and was surprised how efficiently the staff member processed my check in. There is a very nice cafe right next door. For a 3-3.5 star hotel, it’s very good value and I’d happily stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. The bonus of staying here is having the free bus 30, straight across the road from hotel. Air conditioner worked very well. Staff at front desk friendly and efficient.

The room was adequate, and the staff were friendly. People with mobility issues should not stay at this property as the lift is only in operation between 7am and 8pm. This means that if you go out to eat or socialize you must be back to the room by 8pm or you are forced to climb stairs! The cafe that offers breakfast only opens on weekdays.

Great place to stay 10mins walk from the city & the parking is included, which is major in Brisbane city. Great value for the price. Good shower & comfy bed. The hotel staff are friendly & helpful. Will definitely be back.

This property is exactly what we needed for the 1 night we stayed. We were on level 1 and there was a lot of road noise, so if you’re a real light sleeper, I’d recommend another place to stay. Room was clean, tidy, comfortable and had the amenities that we needed. My only criticism was that the sign in the car park and outside the building said there was an on-site restaurant. There is no restaurant onsite, however there is a cafe in the foyer that is open for breakfast and lunch. Check the opening times with Reception as it wasn’t open on a Sunday when we checked out.
