He requested access to the room and returned several times throughout out stay. Property maintenance should not occur whilst guests are present, not only is it extremely unprofessional but it's a privacy concern. Secondly, much of the property is in poor condition. Door handles are loose, fittings are uneven, etc. There was no linen provided for the sofa-bed.
