"Staff were courteous and helpful. Would have preferred that our rooms were together, since we were a family. One room was in the opposite direction and the other on a different floor which was a little inconvenient. "

"Everything I needed for a solo business trip. Great location just a block from the Botanic Gardens so perfect for an early morning walk. Close to Central Station and Queen St shops. Lots of cafes and food options nearby plus a kitchenette if I preferred to stay in. The room was comfortable, immaculately clean and the staff were very helpful."

"We loved the Royal Albert. It’s so well located in the centre of Brisbane & right next to Queen St Mall. Large rooms, with all the amenities (like housekeeping & room service) of a good hotel but also the convenience of being like an apartment, with a little kitchen and a washer and dryer. The only criticism is the shower doesn’t get super hot, but that’s not a huge problem in such a warm location."
