Overall - we were pleased with our room and stay. Check in was quick - no issues. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable - although a little dated. Some of the TV channels didn't work well - but the kids channels worked! Had minor issue with our key card, but front desk staff figured it out. The restaurant attached had awesome breakfast!

It’s our first time in Toronto and Hotel Riu gave us the best hotel experience!!! The staff are amazing! They prepared a small gift for our anniversary. Our room is fantastic and very clean plus the food is amazing. We will definitely go back there.

It was good. Since I was just alone. Unfortunately to retrieve was keys was confusing and quite complicated since I was not tech savey and being a senior. Maybe the best thing would transfer the location of the keys somewhere in the mail room or near the reception area.
