This flat features its own private entrance and offers a stylish, comfortable living space designed for relaxation. Fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay! The location couldn’t be better — with fantastic cafes, pubs, and unique shops right on your doorstep. You’re just a 10-minute walk from the town center, the Lanes, the pier, and St James’ Street. Well-maintained apartment accessed through a private gate leading to a quiet courtyard. The living, dining, and workspace features a large screen with HDMI connectivity, plus a dining table for four. The modern kitchen includes a new oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The bathroom offers a power shower over the bath, separate sink and toilet, heated towel rail, and instant hot water. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed with high-quality linens and pillows, along with a hanging rail and ample drawer space. Guests have full access to the entire property, including a spacious garden with comfortable seating. We operate a self check-in process so that guests have the freedom to check-in at a time of their choosing (after check-in time) and so are not constrained by availability of the host to meet them. We find that this flexibility is popular with our guests. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Whilst we try and accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs this is subject to availability, and a charge may be incurred. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as I am sure you can appreciate this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
