Not very good
Stayed here for one night in August 2017, and even at the discount rate of £60, I didn't feel it was worth the cost.
Check-in was stressful, and I had to wait around 15 mins in a queue due to a lack of service staff (and those that were there operating very slowly).
The room itself was okay - although lacking in amenities (no fridge or safe etc.) - but there's a huge problem with the room's doors that slam shut very loudly based on the way they're built. Thus, I was kept awake most of the night as the noise of room doors slamming literally shook the walls and foundations of my room, and woke me up every time.
The shower was awful too. I'm all for eco friendly options, but this was a complete dribble - and they'd shut off the override / power shower option.
The TV remote barely worked and was so unresponsive I ended up using buttons on the monitor itself.
The list goes on. In a nutshell, your £60 (or likely more) would be better spent elsewhere.
