Ideal for up to 6 guests, it features Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, a private garden, and free on-street parking. It’s perfect for football fans, holidaymakers, and business travellers alike. Just a short drive or bus ride from Brighton’s famous seafront, beach, pier, the Lanes, and the Royal Pavilion, this home offers the best of both relaxation and adventure.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA  
This open plan kitchen/living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a hob oven and kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everyone in your group. In addition to this, a coffee machine that guests can use to grind fresh beans (bring your own beans) and we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. You’ll find the separate lounge TV room set up with a Smart TV to access your own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts, and an L-shaped sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a sink, a mirror and a separate toilet  
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.
