terrible time - left due to safety and conditon of property
property had multiple faults upon arrival, heating system didnt work properly, exposed live electrical parts available to touch, emergency lighting fittings not working, gas hob igniter broken, sink clogged and backed up with dishwasher use, radiators in bathrooms dint work, window seals broken, external grills missing, non locking door on first floor balcony, outside lighting didnt work rendering space useless. i called up and wass told to leave the property in exchange for a refund leaving me trying to re book accommodation of 6 people on the day i required it at a premium price so that we could carry on with our family xmas plans. no other compensation was offered due to the distress caused. multiple photos / videos have been taken for evidence.
