Welcome to our two bedroom flat within 2 mins walking distance to Brighton seafront.  
This apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Explore the sights and local attractions of BRIGHTON  
The flat is a newly refurbished basement studio flat , which is bright and spacious. FANTISTIC LOCATION , which is 2 mins walk to Brighton seafront and Brighton Churchill square shopping center .  
Ideal for families or friends who like to explore Brighton.

MAIN BEDROOM  
There is double sized bed made up with fresh linen.  
  
SECOND BEDROOM  
Good quality bunk bed can sleep two comfortable. Bedlinen and towels are provided  
  
LIVING ROOM  
A sofa bed ( can be fold to a bed and provide sleeping arrangement for 2 guest) , coffee table, dining table and wall mounted 32 inch Smart TV so you can comfortably relax and watch a movie. Local TV Channels.  
  
BATHROOM  
The modern, tiled bathroom has a great bath and overhead shower and plenty of guest towels and toiletries are provided.  
  
KITCHEN  
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware . Tea, coffee, sugar, some cooking basics are provided. There's a dining table for sharing a relaxing brunch.
