We spent the whole stay without hot water or internet.The property was lovely, but we were left on theStreet unable to get in until 7pm (check in was at 4pm). We knew it was upstairs, but the host did not share it was on the 3rd storey (6 flights of stairs). The property was ill equipped (not plug or washing up bowl; no oven trays; iron but no board etc.I messaged and messaged the host and got no reply - eventually phoned Vrbo support who were great, but couldnt get hold of the hosts either.Will be making a formal complaint sheet until.7pm ##### Rebecca R.
