"I had no hot water. The guy below me lived there apparently and blared hos music until like midnight. I was only in town because my dad was in the hospital there and well i paid for two nights and only stayed for one. Wont return to that hotel"

"There was a used bandage on the bed when we checked in. The mattresses are plastic with no box spring, the pillows are thin and single, they only provided two towels with no hand towels and refused more, and the power outlets are painted over. Also be advised, the hotel requires a cash deposit on check in. "

"We have stayed at two separate Comfor Ann & Suite locations this past month. This stay was for 5 days with two adults and a child 4yo. The property was clean and the staff was super nice and was available to help us when we requested new linens and provided excellent service. The pool and hot tub were better than a Hilton we experienced recently as well- it is detached and indoors with floor to ceiling windows which had open floor-side vents to outside which created the perfect atmosphere of fresh air to swim; along with it being saltwater and lightly warmed was just so nice as I am 5months pregnant. Room was spacious and clean- we got a suite with the bedroom tucked in its own area away from the living space. The only single thing was that our tub did not have a working plug so we had to improvise to have a bath but that was ok because the shower worked great including the different shower head functions. Would absolutely stay here again and in fact look forward to doing this same trip again in the future. Breakfast was included and had a mix of hot and cold items to choose from. "

"Parking lot was mostly empty. Lobby was bare. Key didn't work. Went to get fixed and was told it probably wouldn't work so he'd be up to see if there is another room available. Found a door off the hinge and lock broken apart. there was sheetrock dust and paint throughout the hallway. In the room cleaniless was questionable. Went to swim to find no water in the pool. So went next door to a different hotel to swim and that pool had just been filled and the ladders were falling apart. The rooms smelt strongly. The TV was not easy to work. Initially seemed I could only cast from my phone. Breakfast was minimal. Attendant was in socks filling cereal. Saying the hotel is changing names. Definitely a questionable stay. I know things can be hard for small businesses but this whole experience was uncomfortable. "

"There was a bar on main floor, elevator to get to second floor. It was quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone."
