"Just got back from a fabulous week at Smith Mountain Lake. Hideaway Ridge was everything we could have wanted and more. 7 adults and one child had plenty of space to spread out. 3 of our group couldn't make it, but if they had been able to come, there were more than enough rooms for them.Convenient to Food Lion, restaurants, and the marina.Mark took good care of the pool and is such a nice guy. Thanks for everything. We can't wait to come back next summer."

"This property is top notch! The hosts have a lot of those little details accounted for that other properties fall short of having. From the amount of tvs and overhead fans there isn't a place on the property you can't sit/stand and relax in comfort. The dock is incredible for a relaxing morning beverage or afternoon dance party. It's as fun and picturesque as the photos lead you to believe.Just keep one eye on your weather app and be prepared to batton down the hatches when thunderstorms come rolling through!"

"Wonderful Stay — We’ll Be Back!Our group had a fantastic time at this property! The home was wonderful—comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.We especially loved swimming off the dock, and having access to the water equipment was such a bonus! It made our time on the water even more fun and convenient.The location was perfect, and our VRBO host was very responsive, helpful, and wonderful to work with throughout our stay.We enjoyed the property so much that we’re hoping to book it again for next summer. We can’t wait to return!"

"This is our fourth year staying at this residence. It has become our home away from home. The owner is amazing and so responsive to any and every request. My nephew left his electronic gaming device at the property and not only was it recovered but mailed back to us shortly thereafter. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant trip to beautiful SML."

"Great house! Great host! 5 stars! The location is perfect, especially if you want to rent a boat at the marina (in the same no-wake zone). We had a power outage due to a storm, which caused a few things to need to be reset, and Tracey worked with us to quickly get them addressed - very responsive. She was flexible on a few things for us and was very friendly. I’d stay here again!!"

"The house was nice and stocked. No issues with bugs or spiders which is a first at the lake. It took many tries to get access code to work. Once I figured it out, all was good. Was surprised by how low the lake level is."
