I was charged additional fee of $50 which I was told was a deposit but it posted to my account and was not credited back this was in addition to the room charge. We only chose to stay here because their listing states they have electric car charger but they do not. We had to drive over 40 mins away to charge then back the opposite direction. Hotel has odor like smoke and it needs an update and cleaned really good!

The room was dirty. I almost slipped in the tub only to discover under the mat was a huge patch job, which wasnt tge problem, there was lots of mold like they only cleaned around the mat not under it

Amenities are great with the free passes to a fitness centre, and we liked that you could walk to some nearby restaurants. Staff was also extremely courteous and friendly.

The property was clean and the staff was helpful. The bed was comfortable although the room was a bit small. It did have a fridge and microwave in the room. We weren't impressed with breakfast choices though.

The bathroom was tiny and very dated. Our chargers fit very loosely in the outlets and we woke to find nothing had charged. Breakfast area was small and a limited variety of options. The pool and fitness area are not on site, they are at a neighboring facility, so we had to walk outside in the middle of winter to get back to our hotel while wet. There is no elevator in this hotel. They requested a security deposit after my room was paid for, and said it would be returned upon checkout if I used cash, however, I had to remind them to give my deposit back. On the flip side, the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. It worked for a one-night stay, but wouldn't want to be here for an extended amount of time.

Clean and friendly
The building shows it's age, but was clean and comfortable. One sheet had tiny black stains, but the room was pristinely clean. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

At first our stay was pleasant, however that changed quickly. First I want to say DO NOT STAY HERE THERE ARE ROACHES!!!! I noticed the roaches the morning we were getting ready to check out, as I saw one crawling all over the bathroom floor. That roach then went and hid in the trim, but I then found a dead roach underneath the shower-mat. After being completely disgusted that we had already stayed in that room for the past four nights, at check out I went to address the problem to the workers, however they brushed me off and told me that the manager “ran to the store and would be back in a few minutes” which led to the manager never being able to reach out to me for a whole day, after I had even called back 4 times. I was also told by a front desk worker that the manager would decide if the problem with my stay was worth reaching back out to me. How ridiculous that any manager or worker would be okay with having their quests stay at a “clean” place that’s infested with roaches. Still with no word from the manager who apparently had just “run to the store” quickly, so I then reached out to corporate who is more than willing to help me, however we are both still waiting to hear back from the manager. Do not recommend staying here unless you want to share your room with roaches and deal with bad management who doesn’t care about their quests.

Bed was very comfortable. Asked for ground floor and was accommodated. Was no towels in room. Quick call to front desk and they brought them. Could use an update on shower. Some staining and chipping on grout and tile. Overall good place to stay on a budget.

For starters the shower didn’t look like it was touched. Rug wasn’t swept. No towels. Had to go to front desk. Front desk was very helpful. The room smelled so bad and we couldn’t figure out what the smell was. Someone was smoking and you’re NOT allowed to smoke. It came right into our room. I did complain and they said the were aware and were trying to find where it was coming from.

Do not stay at this property! When we checked in and there were two other people standing at the desk complaining about old food found in their room and malfunctioning key card. When we walked down the hallway to our room it smelled like cat pee. Yuck! There were trash bags in the hallway that we stepped over. The room was musty and old. The toilet was not connected to the floor and rocked when you sat upon it. Needless to say, we did not stay there. The front staff person was very nice and accommodating. We checked out very easily and she stated we would be refunded. Hopefully, they can find new managers to clean up the property.

Check in was too long The shower door was dirty and the showerstall itself could use a good cleaning. A plate with old food found in the microwave, a dirty electric sandwich make was found on the floor of the closet and bags with a 5lb bag of sugar found in a drawer.
