"This property has it all!! We were a family of 12 that had kids with us, 14, 12, 11, and 8. It's a kid and adult dream house. Some of the best things were the zip line, basketball court was a huge hit, and we spent hours all together in the basement playing foosball, pool, Ms. Pacman, and the house was stacked with board games which was also a blast, OH and can't forget the ping pong table. They were not missing a thing!! It's secluded, so very quiet, and the best location...so close to one of the most beautiful beaches, Sagg Main Beach. It wasn't crowded at all and the house comes with umbrellas, beach chairs, frisbee, football, and plenty of towels. And Sagg Harbor is also just a stones throw away. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, but also there are amazing restaurants and markets near by. Vineyard is near by and you can have drinks outside overlooking the vines. Beds were all super comfy. Has was VERY clean. My family loved the house so much we would go back in an instant. Also, we had an issue with the AC and Jay is the most gracious and responsive host. He had that AC fixed so quickly we barely noticed it was out. He was very thorough in his communications and always made sure we had everything we needed, and when I texted with questions about where things were he was quick to reply. My mom left her glasses there and he was so awesome helping to find them. I can't say enough good things about this property and Jay! THANK YOU!"

"What a treasure! Your home and property are absolutely stunning! We are beyond grateful for you sharing your paradise with us! We have never visited such a delightful setting! Your warmth, welcoming ambiance, kindness and joyfulness was felt by all. Your horses are so gentle and reflective of well being. They are ambassadors of your love. The house and extensive grounds are immaculate, very, very well maintained! The kitchen was fully stocked with beautiful dishes and delicious treats! The home decor gave us all a feeling of belonging. Your pool was stupendous, clean beyond what I could imagine-we spent hours swimming and floating and connecting. We shared stories (and a lot of laughter) all night long. The horse themed theatre is a thrill! Your work-out room had every opportunity we could imagine. You have such diverse flora on the extensive property, plants, trees, fungi, flowers-the 70 acre habitat allowed such quiet and peace. We never wanted to leave! You have created paradise on earth! We hope to visit again soon! For an extended capsule of time! Anyone who has the opportunity to visit will be touched by your magic and warmth. All our love!"

"My husband and I spent a weekend at this beautiful place and loved it! The house is super clean, well located and has a private feeling, with amazing views to a peaceful garden. Pauline’s customer service was great and really took care of us also letting us do a late check out. Strongly recommend you stay here during your trip to the Hamptons!"
