New 3-room apartment of approximately 80 m² for 6 people on the 1st floor without elevator of the residence. North-facing with a view of the mountain just in front of the thermal park.  
Living room with open kitchen, dining area, sitting area with sofa bed and television.  
Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and all necessary crockery.  
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS  
\- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds + storage space.  
\- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds + storage space.  
\- Living room: one sofa bed (140cm for 2 people)  
BATHROOM:  
Bathroom with shower and toilet.  
Washing machine.  
Shared outdoor area (courtyard).  
RENTAL CONDITIONS:  
Bed linen included from December 15 to April 15 for short winter stays.  
Bed linen is not included for spa stays throughout the year.  
Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and are available on request.  
Deposit required on arrival.  
Supplement of €30 per pet per stay (maximum 2 pets).
