(755 reviews) The good - the staff were attentive and friendly. The location is good, easy access to transport. Lots of food and dining options in the immediate vicinity. Now the bad - the breakfast was extremely limited. The shower pressure is poor. Not really good enough for a supposed 4 star hotel. There is only 1 lift and no stairs. You can be waiting ages for the lift and it’s very frustrating. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the pillows they supply way too big. I wouldn’t stay here again, there are many more 4 star hotels in Sydney offering a lot better.
