There is an access to the Serre Chevalier ski area via the Prorel cable car which is a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. There is a fantastic view over the town of Briançon and the over the Durance. Surface area : about 120 m². 3rd floor. Orientation : East, South-East, South. View mountain. Living room with sofa-bed.
