The property interior is contemporary in design and the property is within walking distance of a pizzeria in the charming village of Brezzo di Bedero and just a short drive from the lakeside. The Space: This is a really lovely Lake Maggiore apartment and enjoys an extremely large terrace for the size of the property. The apartment includes an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The living and dining area of this Lake Maggiore apartment is furnished in contemporary contrasting tones of black and white and this theme is echoed in the sleek white kitchen units. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. The bedroom has plenty of fitted wardrobe space and a large double bed cleverly arranged so that guests can enjoy the lake views from the comfort of their bed! The bathroom is contemporary in design with large walk in shower, bidet, toilet and WC. Guests staying at this Lake Maggiore apartment also have a large private terrace which can be accessed from either the living room or bedroom. Guest Access: Guests enjoy sole use of the entire apartment during their stay. There is also one allocated parking space in the secure car park adjacent to the property. Additional guest spaces are available if required. The Neighborhood: Brezzo di Bedero is a lovely little village on the banks of Lake Maggiore. It has a great pizzeria which is extremely popular with the locals. It's only a 5 minute drive down the hillside from this Lake Maggiore apartment to the nearest town where there are a selection of shops and restaurants including a large Carrefour supermarket. Other Things to Note: Enjoying the sun all day long, from breakfast through to sunset, we absolutely love the terrace that leads off both the living area and bedroom. There is no better view to wake up to than the one you enjoy from your bedroom and no better place to enjoy breakfast and dinner than on the exceptionally large terrace that this apartment boasts. Interaction with Guests: There is a local point of contact if you need anything during your stay. Leider auch telefonisch die Ansprechpartnerin nicht zu erreichen.Dank Mithilfe netter Nachbarn sind wir dann in die Ferienwohnung gelangt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön und ansonsten hat auch alles einwandfrei geklappt. Das einzige Manko war die Hitze. Während unseres Aufenthalts betrug die Außentemperatur über 30 Grad, wodurch die Wohnung leider sehr aufgeheizt war. Es gab leider keine Möglichkeit, diese runterzukühlen. Der Balkon ist riesig. Blick von Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer auf den Lago. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort und die Heizung wärmte die Wohnung. So war es jederzeit gemütlich. Was man sonst noch wissen muss: Die Agentur sitzt in England. Bezahlung in britischen Pfund. Die Konversation erfolgt auf Englisch. Was uns gestört hat, war die Sache mit dem Müll. Bei dem Preis und auch der Endreinigung kann man erwarten, dass nicht verklangt wird, dass man den Müll zu einem Wertstoffhof fährt. Das sollte dann schon übernommen werden. Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung wegen der Lage und der Ausstattung empfehlen. ##### Thomas F.
