The house is located near Krško (Brežice), placed in a calm vineyard area, in the Kozjanski park (Kozjansko Regional Park, UNESCO and NATURA 2000 protection areas). Renovated spaces offer comfort, a feeling of a warm home and good atmosphere. From spring to autumn, you can easily pick your own Organic harvested fruits and vegetables, try the excellent local wine (gold medal winner) and local food. You will experience untouched nature, in complete calm, with a fantastic view and many top quality spas in the reach of your hand. Play on the best golf courses, visit Zagreb, Mokrice, Otočec,..., try one of the many possibilities for magical walks, each more beautiful than the other. The place is at least 20 min. driving of the first experience, and an hour and more for further trips. Our tips: Grad Podsrema, Grad Brestanica, Terme Castiz, Olimnija Monastery, Zagreb, Defender Jeep Mountain trip in LJublinjana (you can book via Airnbnb), .... Wenn man den Weg dann kennt, ist alles ganz leicht. Das Haus ist gemütlich und hervorragend eingerichtet. Alles, was wir brauchten , war vorhanden. Etwas schwierig ist lediglich der Zugang zum zweiten Bad, das sich im Keller befindet, den man nicht direkt von der Wohnung aus, sondern nur von außen her erreichen kann. From it you have a great view of the valley over the local vineyards. The managers were very helpful and responsive. If you visit, make sure you connect with the winery next door for a tasting. They are great people and make excellent wine. We spent 20 days in Slovenia and the night we tasted wine next door was one of the highlights. ##### Mark P. Ook als het zeer warm is buiten, zijn er plaatsen genoeg in en om het gebouw om te genieten van een schaduwrijk plaatsje, met een deugddoend briesje. Vanuit het vakantiehuis kan je vijf heuvelruggen ver kijken: dat zijn pas vergezichten! Goede wijn kan je proeven en kopen bij de plaatselijke wijnboer, die de wijn volledig zelf maakt met de druiven van de wijngaarden die het huis omringen. In Brecize, op een 10-tal kilometer van het huis, kan je alle mogelijke inkopen doen. Ook kan je er genieten van lekkere maaltijden bij Santa Lucia. Wat ook overal opvalt in de streek is het heldere water in rivieren en beken, waar je de vissen in scholen ziet zwemmen. De locatie laat toe om mooie uitstappen te maken naar meer toeristische trekpleisters in Slovenië en in Kroatië. Familie Roelens - België ##### Guy R. De rust, de stilte, de prachtige uitzichten vanop het terras, we hebben ervan genoten.
