We love the beautifully landscaped, quiet community complete with a golf course and community pool. The area is peaceful and private and centrally positioned on the cape so that you can get to any destination by car in under an hour. It was cleaned well prior to our arrival and I loved the signs, pictures and instructions placed throughout to give us a crash course on the home. :-) My only small comment is that the setup would ideally work for a family with young children. The size was a bit cramped for our four, adult-sized people but that's not a reflection on the home itself. Overall, for the price, convenience and charm we enjoyed our stay. ##### Katherine R. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out with all the amenities at the ready. The location was great, just around the corner from numerous tasty eating venues. Very pleased with choice. We did experience a lot of ants throughout the unit despite it being clean. The additional fees for use of the pool should be included in the listing.
