We spent a week at the property with family ranging in age from 8 to 82 years old. Everyone loved the place. The views are spectacular, the lake and beach are great for kayaking / swimming and the drive to bay and ocean beaches is short, so we really liked the location. The house itself is well suited to comfortably accommodating a large family and we especially liked the large open plan kitchen. Large, spacious. Well-outfitted kitchen big enough for our “many” cooks to operate. Living room was generous and turned out to be a great place to watch Olympics. Beds were judged to be quite comfortable. I was hoping for something a bit more walkable. But it was only a short drive to some of the town beaches and some restaurants. We just wish the weather was the same. Hard rain and strong winds the entire time but we still enjoyed ourselves. The home was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed.
